Il existe aussi des locutions adverbiales : De bonne heure, à genoux…

L’adverbe en français est invariable. Cependant il intègre des mots d’origine et de fonctionnement différents.

Les adverbes portent sur des parties du  discours qui n’ont pas spécialement de genre c’est pourquoi ils sont invariables.

Il existe des critères qui permettent  de les ordonner selon différentes classes…
